90 min. Thai Massage w/Restorative Yoga

Service Description

This is a 90 min. treatment that includes traditional Thai Massage techniques and the addition of restorative yoga poses with hands-on massage. Done on a comfortable mat on the floor, with comfortable clothing worn. It really gives your body a chance to relax, open, and receive all the benefits of assisted stretches, acupressure work, and joint mobility, while also getting to open deeper with supported yoga poses. Great for relieving muscle tightness, tension and everyday stress.

Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable and I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel. To continue to be able to serve you in the best way possible I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for changes to your appointments and for cancellations. This allows me to continue to sustain my studio by offering the appointment time to another client. In the case of canceling without 24 hours notice you will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of service. Emergencies, illnesses, and accidents happen. If this is the case, please contact me for resolution. Thank you for your continued support in my studio. I truly appreciate you all and I am beyond grateful that you put your trust in me.
