60 min. Thai Massage w/Restorative Yoga

Service Description

This hour session combines the traditional application of Thai Massage in addition to the use of props (bolsters, blocks, blankets) and restorative yoga poses with hands-on massage therapy. The treatment is done on a mat on the floor and the client wears comfortable clothing throughout the entire session. The Thai Massage uses assisted stretching, rocking, acupressure work and the use of the practitioner's whole body to help release tension, and the restorative poses allow the client's body to relax and open more deeply to enhance the healing potential. A truly relaxing, invigorating and unique experience!

Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable and I understand that sometimes you may need to cancel. To continue to be able to serve you in the best way possible I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for changes to your appointments and for cancellations. This allows me to continue to sustain my studio by offering the appointment time to another client. In the case of canceling without 24 hours notice you will receive an invoice for 50% of the cost of service. Emergencies, illnesses, and accidents happen. If this is the case, please contact me for resolution. Thank you for your continued support in my studio. I truly appreciate you all and I am beyond grateful that you put your trust in me.
